HALLOWEEN 2016

Now that we have finally recovered from all of the Halloween excitement around here, I wanted to share some pictures of our pumpkins. The kids love to help with everything, and using a knife wasn't the greatest idea with an excited 3 year old so we decided to do painted pumpkins again. What I always think will be a short hour long activity turned out to take up the entire morning, plus some touch ups later on in the day!

I purchased acrylic craft paint, burlap ribbon, googly eyes, stick on rhinestones and glitter from the dollar store. I chose to do mine in a white and gold theme. My son wanted to make a scary crocodile (turned into a few scary monsters!) My daughter loves colour and crafts so she had a few assorted designs by the end.
